Store & Pre-Order Policies

1. Definition of Pre-Order Products

Pre-order products are defined as items that have not yet been produced. The pre-order period determines the production quantity, and once this period closes, production will commence. Each figure is handcrafted, and production timelines may vary.

 

2. Cancellations or Changes

Pre-Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only allowed during the pre-order period. To request a cancellation, please email us (admin@xplusna.com) with the product name and order ID. Once the pre-order period has ended, cancellations are not accepted. Unauthorized cancellations enforced through legal means after this period may result in restrictions on future purchases or being blocked from making further purchases, depending on the product and order value. Please consider this before placing an order, and feel free to contact us with any questions. All cancellation requests are subject to the discretion of X Plus North America.

Finalization of Orders

Once the sales period for an item concludes, we cannot accommodate cancellations, exchanges, refunds, or returns. This policy ensures fairness and efficiency in our pre-order process. Please note that the availability of pre-orders for any item is subject to change. While we may announce an expected pre-order end date, we reserve the right to close pre-orders early if the maximum order limit is reached. Once the order limit is met or the sales period ends, cancellations for the item will no longer be possible.

Changes to Existing Orders

To request any changes to an existing order, such as shipping address updates or cancellations, please email us at admin@xplusna.com. Your request must include the order number and be sent from the email address associated with the order. Please note that billing address changes cannot be made, and once an order is assigned a tracking number, shipping address changes cannot be accommodated. X Plus North America is not liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses due to customer entry errors at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

3. North American Shipping Schedule

By placing a pre-order with X Plus North America, you acknowledge that shipments to North American customers will generally occur approximately one month later than the X Plus Co., Ltd./Shonen RIC shipping schedule due to overseas transit, customs clearance, and processing times.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Each pre-order product will have an estimated shipping month listed on its individual product page. Orders may ship at any time within that month. However, X Plus North America reserves the right to adjust the estimated shipping timeframe at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to production setbacks such as delays in manufacturing or material shortages, supply chain disruptions, overseas shipping delays such as customs clearance issues or port congestion, unforeseen global or regional events like pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or natural disasters, and logistical challenges beyond our control.

While we strive to meet the originally estimated delivery schedule, delays may occur, and customers will be notified as soon as possible with any updates regarding their order’s shipping timeframe.

 

5. Force Majeure Clause

X Plus North America shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters such as earthquakes, wildfires, floods, or hurricanes, government actions or regulations like import/export restrictions or trade bans, global crises such as pandemics or supply chain collapses, labor strikes, protests, or worker shortages, acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest, and unforeseen shipping or carrier disruptions.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to customers, but X Plus North America shall not be obligated to issue refunds or compensate for such delays.

 

6. Exclusive North American Sales

As of August 21, 2024, X Plus products for North American customers must be purchased exclusively through X Plus North America. Customers in North America will not be able to place orders directly through X Plus Co., Ltd. or Shonen RIC.

 

7. Respectful Communication

We value respectful communication and do not tolerate profanity, harassment, or abusive language. If a customer engages in such behavior, we will fulfill any current open orders but will block them from future purchases. We appreciate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

 

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By placing a pre-order with X Plus North America, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Pre-Order Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from placing a pre-order.
